What Can I Expect to Get Out of A Deep Dive?
The deep dive is experiential in nature. We’re not just going to sit together while you “feel your feelings” (although there might be a bit of that if you’ve been running from them like they’re the plague for most of your life) . Nor is it designed to be an intellectual journey that is “interesting” but ultimately just another disappointment in actually bridging the gap between what you “know” and what you “do”.
You'll begin to dissolve longstanding walls of CONTROL and RESISTANCE and develop the confidence and resilience to face the uncontrollable storms of life with greater ease and grace.
Struggling and striving will soften into living life with more surrender and grace.
You'll start to slow down enough to let life in.
The result: Less “working on yourself” more BEING yourself.
Who Is a Deep Dive Best Suited For?
A deep dive is a good option for you if you want to expedite your progress. Having a concentrated chunk of time allows us to go deeper faster, so that you can develop momentum towards reaching your goals faster than you would with the standard week to week work. Weekly counseling is better for working on things that require steady, incremental changes whereas a deep dive is better suited for making vertical leaps in your understanding, awareness, and consciousness.
